  • THAT the Agenda be approved as presented.

  • THAT the Minutes of the January 14, 2025 Meeting, the Closed Session Minutes of the January 14, 2025 Meeting, the Minutes of the January 14, 2025 Special Meeting be approved as presented; and

    THAT the recommendations made by Committee of the Whole as set out in the Minutes of the January 14, 2025 Meeting be adopted.

    THAT the Municipality of North Middlesex’s Middlesex County Loan Program application in the amount of $2,500,000.00 for the North Middlesex Parkhill Fire and Middlesex-London Paramedic Service Station be approved;

    AND THAT a by-law be introduced at the February 11, 2025 Council meeting to:

    1. Authorize and approve the Loan Agreement with the Municipality of North Middlesex; and
    2. Authorize the Warden and the County Clerk to execute the Agreement.
  • THAT Committee of the Whole convene at ___pm.

  • THAT the Thames Centre Official Plan Amendment No. 32; Brantam Excavating Inc; File No. 39-TC-OPA32 report be received for information;

    THAT Amendment No. 32 (File No. 39-TC-OPA32) to the Municipality of Thames Centre Official Plan be approved;

    THAT staff be directed to circulate a Notice of Decision as required by the Planning Act;

    AND THAT the Notice of Decision indicate that all written submissions received on the application were considered; the effect of which helped to make an informed recommendation and decision.
