  • Recommendation:

    THAT the Agenda be approved as presented.

  • Recommendation:

    THAT the Minutes of the April 14, 2026 Regular Meeting be approved as presented; 

    AND THAT the recommendations made by the Committee of the Whole as set out in the Minutes of the April 14, 2026 meeting be adopted; 

    AND THAT the Minutes of the June 6, 2025 Meeting of the County Road & Bridge Assumption Study Committee be approved as presented; 

    AND THAT the Minutes of the June 26, 2025 Meeting of the Planning Advisory Committee be approved as presented.

  • Recommendation:

    THAT Middlesex County Loan Program: Municipality of Southwest Middlesex Loan Amendment report be received for information;

    AND THAT Council approve the request from the Municipality of Southwest Middlesex under the Middlesex County Loan Program for the Glencoe Business and Industrial Park Servicing Project in the revised total amount of $751,350.50;

    AND THAT a by-law be introduced at the April 28, 2026, Council meeting to:

    1. Authorize and approve the Amending Agreement to the Loan Agreement with the Municipality of Southwest Middlesex; and
    2. Authorize the Warden and the County Clerk to execute the Agreement. 
  • Recommendation:

    THAT Council convene in Committee of the Whole at ___pm.

  • Recommendation:

    THAT the 2026 Middlesex County Tourism Wayfinding Signage Strategy Report be received for information;

    AND THAT Middlesex County Council adopt the 2026 Middlesex County Tourism Wayfinding Signage Strategy;

    AND THAT staff be directed to update the Middlesex Signage Policy for Council consideration.

  • Recommendation:

    THAT the Major Red-Line Revision to Plan of Subdivision; File No. 39T-MC902 Report be received for information;

    AND THAT the revised Plan of Subdivision (File No. 39T-MC-0902) be granted draft plan approval subject to conditions;

    AND THAT a Notice of Decision be circulated as required by the Planning Act;

    AND THAT the Notice of Decision indicate that all written submissions received on the application were considered; the effect of which helped make an informed recommendation and decision.
