Middlesex County Loan Program: Municipality of Southwest Middlesex Loan Amendment

Report from Josh White, Procurement Services Manager & Paul Shipway, Chief Administrative Officer

• Recommendation:

  THAT Middlesex County Loan Program: Municipality of Southwest Middlesex Loan Amendment report be received for information;

  AND THAT Council approve the request from the Municipality of Southwest Middlesex under the Middlesex County Loan Program for the Glencoe Business and Industrial Park Servicing Project in the revised total amount of $751,350.50;

  AND THAT a by-law be introduced at the April 28, 2026, Council meeting to:

  1. Authorize and approve the Amending Agreement to the Loan Agreement with the Municipality of Southwest Middlesex; and
  2. Authorize the Warden and the County Clerk to execute the Agreement.
