  • THAT the Minutes of the September 27, 2022 meeting of County Council be approved as presented; and 

    THAT the recommendations made by the Committee of the Whole as set out in the Minutes of the September 27, 2022 meeting be adopted.

  • THAT a by-law be introduced at the October 11, 2022 meeting to:
    a. Authorize and approve the Agreement with Execulink Telecom Inc..; and
    b. Authorize the Warden and the Clerk to execute the Agreement.  

Report from Cindy Howard, GM Finance and Community Services

  • THAT a by-law be introduced at the October 11, 2022 meeting to:

    a. Appoint KPMG as the auditor for the County of Middlesex, County of Middlesex Trust Funds, Middlesex County Library Board, Middlesex-London Emergency Medical Services Authority and Strathmere Lodge Long-term Care Annual Report for the audit years 2022 to 2026;

    b. Authorize and approve the Agreement between KPMG and the County for the provision of external audit services; and

    c. Authorize the Warden and the Clerk to execute the Agreement.

  • THAT the bid submitted by Larry MacDonald Chevrolet-Buick-GMC for the supply of one Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD at a cost of $72,400.00 (plus HST) each be accepted; and

    THAT the County Engineer be authorized to undertake all administrative acts necessary in connection with this project, including execution of any contract or other documents, if required.

    THAT the County Engineer be authorized to undertake all administrative acts necessary in connection with this project, including execution of any contract or other documents, if required.

    THAT the County Engineer be authorized to undertake all administrative acts necessary in connection with this project, including execution of any contract or other documents, if required.
