• THAT the ClinicalConnect Privacy & Security Policies Report be received for information;

  AND THAT Middlesex County Council, as the Strathmere Lodge Board of Management, approve the ClinicalConnect Personal Health Information Privacy Policy and Procedures and the Personal Health Information Security Policy and Procedures as presented;

  AND THAT staff be delegated authority to maintain and update ClinicalConnect Personal Health Information Privacy Policy and Procedures and the Personal Health Information Security Policy and Procedures as required.

• THAT the 2025 Tax Ratios Report be received for information;

  THAT the 2025 Tax Ratios for the County of Middlesex remain the same as 2024;

• THAT the Appointment to the Southwest Community Transit Committee be received for information;

Award of RFP #MC-2025-10: Executive Recruitment Services

• THAT the Report for the Award of RFP # MC-2025-10: Executive Recruitment Services for the Middlesex County CAO be received for information;

  THAT Council Award RFP # MC-2025-10 to Waterhouse Executive Search in the amount of $27,000.00;

  AND THAT the Warden and County Clerk be authorized to execute an agreement for services with Waterhouse Executive Search in a form satisfactory to the County Solicitor.

Homeless Prevention Program Funding Update

• THAT the Homeless Prevention Program Funding Update 2025 report be received for information;

  AND THAT the General Manager of Finance and Community Services be authorized to execute, on behalf of the County of Middlesex, the Homeless Prevention Agreement for the Middlesex Accommodation Program between the Corporation of the County of Middlesex and Canadian Mental Health Association Thames Valley Addiction and Mental Health Services attached to this Report as Appendix “A”.

• THAT Middlesex County Council receive the Natural Asset Valuation & Trail Monitoring to Support Asset Management & Forestry Planning Report for information;

  AND THAT Council approve funding to the upset limit of $25,000 from the Working Capital Reserve to complete Natural Asset Valuation & Trail Monitoring to Support Asset Management & Forestry Planning.
