  • THAT the Minutes of the October 26, 2021 meeting of County Council be approved as presented.

  • THAT the prototype branding design for the Middlesex-London Paramedic Service fleet vehicles be approved; that the new design be included in the purchase and outfitting of all future vehicles; and that the re-branding of all vehicles (where practical) be completed no later than 2027.

  • THAT County Council accept the Evaluation Committee’s recommendation to award the RFP to Boulevard Strategy Group and approve the attached Professional Consulting Services Agreement; and 


    THAT the necessary By-law be presented to County Council to authorize the Warden and the County Clerk to execute the Agreement.

  • THAT Amendment No. 13 to the Strathroy-Caradoc Official Plan be approved with modification and that staff be directed to circulate a Notice of Decision as required by the Planning Act, and that the Notice of Decision indicate that all written submissions received on this application were considered; the effect of which helped to make an informed recommendation and decision.

    4:30 p.m. - Inaugural Meeting of County Council to elect the Warden (using the Rules of Procedures, approved by Middlesex County Council January 7, 2007)


    5:15 p.m. - Reception in the Middlesex Meeting Room following the election of the Warden for December 2, 2021 to December 8, 2022


    6:00 p.m. - Dinner

  • THAT the next portion of the meeting be closed to the public in order to consider labour relations or employee negotiations with respect to Land Ambulance Operations; and a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of Council, with respect to Land Ambulance Operations, pursuant to subsection 239(2)(d) and (k) of the Municipal Act, 2001 at __ pm.
