    THAT the 2020 surplus be applied as follows: $335,000 towards the 2021 library operating costs, $665,000 to the County 2021 budget and the remaining $545,442 transferred to the County Tax Rate Stabilization reserve.

  • THAT the revised 2021 County Council and Library Board Meeting Calendar and the 2022 County Council and Library Board Meeting Calendar be approved as presented;

    THAT if required, a special County Council meeting may be called by the Warden; and

    THAT upon approval by County Council, copies of the revised 2021 and 2022 Meeting Calendars be circulated to County Councillors and local municipalities.

  • THAT the contract between Strathmere Lodge and Lena Hodgins for the provision of Staff Educator services be renewed for the period Sept. 1, 2021 to August 31, 2022; and 

    THAT the Lodge Administrator be authorized to sign the agreement.

  • THAT Amendment No. 13 to the Newbury Official Plan be approved and that staff be directed to circulate a Notice of Decision as required by the Planning Act, and that the Notice of Decision indicate that no written submissions were received concerning this application.
