  • THAT the Minutes of the September 28, 2021 Meeting of County Council be approved as presented.

(A paper copy of the minutes to be handed out to members at the meeting)

  • THAT the Minutes and Closed Minutes of the Visioning Session of County Council held on September 14, 2021 be approved as presented.

Report from Mark Brown, Woodlands Conservation Officer

  • THAT the tender submitted by Townsend Lumber Inc. in the amount of $63,250.00 for Tender W2021B be accepted; and

    THAT the necessary By-law be presented to County Council to authorize the Warden and the County Clerk to execute the attached Agreement.

Report from Adam Bennett, Commander - Operations, MLPS

  • THAT County Council accept this report and that staff be directed to notify the Ministry of Health that the Response Time Performance Plan will change to recommended targets for 2022; and

    THAT, if for any reason, it is determined that the plan needs to be changed, it can be done at any time with the Ministry of Health at the direction of Middlesex County Council.

  • THAT the Corporation of the County of Middlesex approve the Ontario Transfer Payment Agreement; and

    THAT the necessary by-law be forwarded to Middlesex County Council to authorize the Warden and the County Clerk to execute the attached Ontario Transfer Payment Agreement.

  • THAT Middlesex County Council accept this report as information relating to the Municipal Modernization Intake 2 Review Stream Procurement Services RFP and provide delegated authority to Cindy Howard, General Manager Finance and Community Services to endorse a subsequent contract ensuring the project amount of $65,000.00 and a project completion date no later than January 14, 2022 to comply with Provincial project deadlines.

  • THAT County Council approve the attached Culinary Catering Amended Sublease 2021 and direct the endorsement of the Amended Sublease.

Report from Durk Vanderwerff, Director of Planning

  • THAT the proposed Plan of  Condominium (File No. 39T-LB-CDM2102) be granted draft plan approval subject to conditions and that a Notice of Decision be circulated as required by the Planning Act and that the Notice of Decision indicate that all written and oral submissions received on the application were considered; the effect of which helped to make an informed recommendation and decision.
