This is a public meeting of Council being held under section 12 of the Development Charges Act, 1997, as amended. The purpose of the meeting is to give the public an opportunity to ask questions, provide comments, and make representations on the development charges background study and proposed by-law dated July 16, 2024. Council will not be taking any action this evening on this background study or by-law.

We wish to thank members of the public for their comments. The deadline for the receipt of written responses is July 8, 2024. Council will be considering the by-law at its July 16, 2024 Council meeting. To submit comments or for additional information, please do not hesitate to contact the County Clerk at [email protected]
