    AND THAT staff be directed to consult with lower-tier municipalities on the implementation of an Industrial Land Community Improvement Support Program with the sole benefit being Tax Incremental Financing and report back to Council.

  • THAT Amendment No. 16 (File No. 39-SC-OPA16) to the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc Official Plan be approved, and that staff be directed to circulate a Notice of Decision as required by the Planning Act and that the Notice of Decision indicate that all written submissions received on the application were considered; the effect of which helped to make an informed recommendation and decision

  • THAT the proposed Plan of Condominium (File No. 39T-TC-CDM2301) be granted draft plan approval subject to conditions and that a Notice of Decision be circulated as required by the Planning Act and that the Notice of Decision indicate that all written submissions received on the application were considered; the effect of which helped to make an informed recommendation and decision.

  • THAT Committee of the Whole convene in Closed Session at __pm in order to consider personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose in accordance with subsections 239(2)(b) and (f).
